NOTE: Only Walworth County 4-H Members, General Leaders, FFA Chapter Members and Advisors, and other Fair-approved youth organizations (i.e., FCCLA Badger) are allowed to enter on this database.
NEW IN 2025: ALL Junior Exhibitors must pay a $20 Junior Exhibitor registration fee through this online registration. Fee is automatically generated. NOTE: Junior Class exhibitors that are current Walworth County Agricultural Society, Inc. Lifetime Members are to contact Dianne or Jean at the Fair Office by June 19, 2025, 4:00 PM to obtain a bypass code.

DEADLINE for Junior Class Exhibitor registration is FRIDAY, JUNE 20, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST.

Follow each section, 1-6 (on top of page). Do not skip around. Before you enter online, we recommend that you prepare a hard copy rough draft of your entries, have payment information ready and, if applicable, livestock identification information.
Sessions expire after 20 minutes of inactivity, so “Save the Cart” if you plan on leaving the machine for more than 20 minutes.
Bold fields with blue stars are “required” informational fields.
To get started, click “Register” (see screen above, left).
#1 REGISTER:
You must register as a “NEW” exhibitor for 2025.
Fill out all required fields.
Names and other information will appear exactly as you type them.
You must enter your “Age” as of January 1, 2025.
Junior Livestock Exhibitors MUST enter their YQCA Certification Number and Premise ID number with each livestock entry.
You will be able to add and review your entries with this information.
#2 ENTRIES:
Create Entries by selecting the Department, Division, and Class that you want to enter.
Enter your Club/Chapter name. This will be the same on each entry and will only need to be entered one time.
Enter all entries before clicking “Continue.”
#3 ITEMS
Displays $20 exhibitor registration fee.
#4 REVIEW:
If you entered something by mistake, you can hit the red “X” that appears at the end of each entry to remove that item.
If a change is needed, you can hit the pencil edit tool to correct an entry.
When satisfied with your entries, please check out. Please note that once you check out, you will not be able to change or add any entries during this session.
#5 CONFIRM:
Please read the terms and conditions and type “YES” that you agree to and accept all rules.
Click the “Submit” button.
#6 FINISH:
Please verify your email address.
IMPORTANT – PRINT/SAVE YOUR RECEIPT IMMEDIATELY.
Please check your email for receipt, including your junk/spam folder, if necessary. YOU, the exhibitor, must verify the accuracy of your exhibit entries.
The Walworth County Fair Office will have final approval of all entries and fees.
